Morva Commerce started its business by providing offshore and onshore equipment in 1997. By developing and organizing its sales activities, in 1999, it was registered as a private joint stock company. During the past years, Morva Commerce has been successfully obtained official agencies from the mother companies acting as the sole representative and being the dealer of the reputable manufacturing companies in the same industry in selling Gantry Cranes, Transtainers, RMGs, Mobile Harbor Cranes, Reach Stackers, Empty Container Handlers, Heavy Forklift Trucks, Terminal Tractors, Trailers, Spreaders, Industrial Brakes, Crane Cabins, Intelligent Port Operation Equipment for Container Terminals, X-Ray scanning systems as well as commercial and petroleum harbor equipment including Fenders, Bollards, Quick Release Hooks, Gangways and Berthing Aid Systems.

The headquarter of the company is located in Tehran and there is a branch in south of country in Bandar Abbas and for international activities, there is a branch in Istanbul, Turkey, which is also responsible for supporting the domestic market.

Today, Morva Commerce Co. has earned a great reputation in Port and Marine industries of the country due to the vast services and products it represents, including supply of Port equipment and spare parts, installation, repair and maintenance of equipment, training and issuing international certificates through modern companies.
